What problems are you dealing with?
Whatever your issue there are always possibilities!
Complementary therapies do not replace the need for normal medical or psychological treatments.
Please note that as Complementary Therapists we cannot diagnose physical or psychological conditions or offer advice on medical or psychological treatments. We recommend very strongly that you contact your doctor or other health professional for a diagnosis and appropriate treatment for your condition. This is particularly true if you are experiencing acute or severe symptoms. We will refer you back to your doctor or other health professional if that is required.
We regularly work with clients who present with a wide variety of problems such as:
- Fears and Phobias
- Feeling anxious and Panic Attacks
- Re-running past memories
- Cravings and addictions
- Low Self-Esteem
- Relationship problems
- Feeling low and depressed
- Obsessive behaviour patterns
- Unresolved Grief
- Feeling overwhelmed
- Feeling angry
- Feeling stressed out
- Can`t sleep or poor sleep pattern
- Excessive tiredness
- Side effects of medical procedures including cancer therapy
- Problems with conception
- Many aches and pains and other physical symptoms which have no clear medical cause
The majority of our clients report significant improvement in their emotional state and general sense of well being after trying complementary therapies.
Most problems have emotional components. If a problem, as it evolves, is not dealt with successfully at the emotional level the current belief amongst complementary therapists is that it may eventually trigger certain symptoms in the physical level of being.
If you doubt that there is a connection between emotional and physical states then just think how differently your body reacts when you are excited or when you are afraid.
The medical profession has long since acknowledged the links between long term stress (an emotional problem) and an increased risk of certain conditions such as heart attacks or strokes. Also Complementary therapies are now widely used in a variety of orthodox settings including private practice, GP surgeries, hospitals, hospices, cancer support groups, post-operative recovery, drug rehabilitation, prisons, HIV/AIDS centres, and in the care of the elderly. The reason that these therapies are found in these situations must be that they offer some benefit, otherwise funding for them would not be available. It is true that science has not yet caught up with exactly how the therapies work but that does not prevent them from being extremely effective for many, many people.
It makes perfect sense to work to improve the emotional state and our clients repeatedly give us feedback that their problems are improving and that they feel better….. even if they cannot explain just how it happened and quite often do not care!
Why not contact us to see how we could work together to solve your particular problems?
